I’m in day 2 of my vegan challenge. Since I wrote about my decision last week, many of you lovely and dedicated readers of my newsletters, responded with support, resources, and your personal experiences. I loved reading your emails, although I’ve been slow in responding because I’ve been crazy busy.
Since I made the declaration of going vegan I’ve also been taking action on other ideas I’ve had, such as cleaning out closets and taking items I haven’t used in at least 6 months to donate. Also, it appears the universe is whole heartedly supporting my decision as almost everywhere I turn I see articles and stories about people incorporating a vegan lifestyle. From printed newsletters to online news stories.
The purpose of this challenge is to take action on an idea I’ve had for a long time.
Have you had an idea roaming in your mind that you’ve used every excuse in the book not to follow through on?
If so, then I invite you to join me and others in Our Wheels of Life Facebook group and announce an action you want to take and receive support. This could be a nutrition lifestyle change, exercising more, speaking up more, joining a community, cleaning out closets or rooms, etc. Whatever you’ve been holding back on, now is the time to take action and have us to support you each day.
Share your idea and how you want to take action with us in our Facebook group or simply reply and let me know what it is. Then share how you want to take action on it.
Sometimes by simply stating it and sharing it with others is a huge step forward because you already feel the support coming your way. Plus once you say it, it’s more powerful to hold yourself accountable.
As I mentioned, since I made my intention to go vegan I’ve seen others incorporate it into their lifestyle in many areas.
